- Develop and implement HR operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives. \n
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. \n
- Manage vendor relationships related to HR services and ensure cost-effective solutions. \n
- Support the implementation of HR technology systems to streamline operations. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in HR operations within the Technology & Telecoms industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance standards. \n
- Experience in managing HR technology systems and tools. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
