Roles and Responsibilities - FATP Equipment

• Install, commission, and validate FATP equipment including assembly, test, and packing systems
\n
• Handle equipment such as dispensing (glue), screw driving machines, press-fit/pressing machines, and conveyors
\n
• Set and optimize parameters for glue dispensing (volume, pattern, curing), torque control, and pressing force
\n
• Ensure proper integration of assembly equipment with test systems (EOL, functional, ICT)
\n
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure high equipment uptime
\n
• Troubleshoot issues related to dispensing, torque errors, misalignment, and press defects
\n
• Calibrate torque tools, dispensing systems, and press machines for accuracy
\n
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in cycle time and reliability
\n
• Support NPI, line setup, and process validation for new products
\n
• Manage spares, consumables, and coordinate with OEMs/vendors
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and ergonomic standards
\n
• Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
\n
• Maintain equipment logs, calibration records, and documentation
