- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning. \n
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations. \n
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance. \n
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy. \n\n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant - Mandatory \n
- 7+ years of post qualification experience \n
- Proven experience in financial reporting and controllership \n
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. \n
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. \n
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. \n
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance. \n
