    Team Lead - Finance Controllership | Chartered Accountant - Mandatory | Pune

  • Lead and manage the controllership team to ensure accurate financial reporting (USGAAP) and compliance with regulations.
  • \n
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
  • \n
  • Prepare and review financial statements (USGAAP) and reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • \n
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Team Lead - Finance Controllership should have:
