Job Title: Deputy General Manager Human Resources (DGM HR)

\nTo lead and manage the HR function across multiple locations with a focus on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
\n1. Strategic HR Leadership

- Drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. \n
- Develop HR frameworks to manage a large, dispersed workforce effectively. \n
- Act as a key advisor to C-suite and senior leaders across all locations, aligning HR strategy with business objectives. \n
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency. \n
- Lead the development and execution of global talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and career pathing. \n
2. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Manage employee relations including grievance redressal, discipline, and engagement activities. \n
- Build and sustain a positive work culture through continuous communication and recognition. \n
- Lead initiatives to improve retention and employee satisfaction at all levels. \n
5. Learning & Development
\n- \n
- Identify training needs for different workforce segments and implement development programs. \n
- Promote leadership development for site-level and junior HR managers. \n
3. Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies. \n
4. HR Operations & Systems

- Oversee payroll, attendance, HRMS, and personnel records across locations. \n
- Drive automation and digitization of HR processes for scalability and transparency. \n
- Monitor HR KPIs and generate reports for management decision-making. \n
Qualifications & Experience: \n
- \n
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution. \n
- 27+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-location operations. \n
- Strong experience in handling large workforces \n
