Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  
\n
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
  
\n
• Drive end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.
  
\n
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and process improvements.
  
\n
• Handle code reviews, sprint planning, task allocation, and technical guidance.
  
\n
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide optimised solutions.
  
\n
• Work on system design, database optimisation, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  
\n
• Promote innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills

  6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  

\n
• \n

  Strong experience in multiple programming languages/technologies such as Python, Java, .NET, Node.js, React, or similar.

• Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  
\n
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and micro services.
  
\n
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
\n
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  
\n
• Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
  
\n
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  
\n
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
