Role Overview \nMeeraq is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to lead enterprise client acquisition, build CXO-level relationships, and manage full-cycle B2B sales. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, exceptional communication skills, and experience selling L&D or upskilling solutions.

Drive enterprise client acquisition with an 80% focus on hunting.

Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closures.

Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, and senior decision-makers .
\n - \n
Achieve annual revenue targets in the range of ₹2–4 Cr (average) .
\n - \n
Use storytelling-led sales presentations to position Meeraq's solutions effectively.

Manage end-to-end account ownership and ensure strong client satisfaction.
\n - \n
Leverage inbound leads and generate new business through personal networks.
\n - \n
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strategic L&D solutions.

5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales .

Mandatory: 1–2 years of experience selling upskilling or L&D programs .

Strong preference for candidates from L&D or HR consulting companies.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills—must represent Meeraq confidently.

Proven ability to connect with clients using strong storytelling and value articulation.

Stable professional track record.

Open to candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore .
