\nJob Description:
Key Responsibilities: \n- \n
- Technical Design & Development: Design, develop, and integrate Oracle ERP solutions, focusing on finance modules. \n
- Implementation & Support: Lead and support at least 3 implementation/support projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance module. \n
- Configuration Expertise: Configure core finance submodules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Accounts Reconciliation. \n
- Fit-Gap Analysis & Documentation: Perform fit-gap analysis, create requirement documents and specifications, and conduct system testing. \n
- Consulting & Advisory: Provide expert consulting services, leveraging deep domain knowledge in finance processes. \n
- Project Management: Manage and deliver projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. \n
- Due Diligence & Optimization: Conduct due diligence, diagnostic assessments, and identify optimization opportunities in Oracle finance modules. \n
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Manage stakeholders effectively, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver impactful presentations. \n
- Methodology Adherence: Follow PMP, ITIL, and Agile methodologies to ensure best practices in project execution. \n
Qualifications: \n

- Experience: \n
- Overall 13 years of experience in Oracle ERP. \n
- Proven experience in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud. \n
- At least 3 implementation/support projects involving Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance module. \n
- Skills: \n
- Expertise in configurations of Core Finance submodules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Reconciliation). \n
- Proficient in fit-gap analysis, requirement documentation, specifications creation, and system testing. \n
- Strong consulting skills with deep domain knowledge in finance processes. \n
- Project management experience is preferred. \n
- Experience with due diligence, diagnostic assessment, and optimization in Oracle finance modules. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation skills. \n
- Familiarity with PMP, ITIL, and Agile processes. \n
- Education: \n
- Preferred background: CA (Chartered Accountant). \n
- Communication: \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Exceptional customer management skills. \n
