\nRole Overview
\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP Finance transformations, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to business growth initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership across implementation, rollout, and migration projects.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSAP Delivery & Transformation
\n- \n
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations , rollouts, and migration projects. \n
- Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of FI/CO modules . \n
- Manage finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Controlling . \n
- Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules . \n
- Lead data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support activities. \n
- Provide expertise in S/4HANA Finance innovations and best practices . \n
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
\n- \n
- Lead and mentor SAP consultants, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. \n
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic solutions. \n
- Manage client expectations and ensure successful project delivery. \n
- Support performance management and capability development within the team. \n
Business Development & Practice Building
\n- \n
- Contribute to SAP practice development , accelerators, and reusable assets. \n
- Support pre-sales activities , proposals, and client presentations. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen Altivate's SAP offerings. \n
- Stay updated on SAP roadmap and industry trends. \n
Risk & Quality Management

- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and project dependencies. \n
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance. \n
- Maintain compliance with internal and client-specific requirements. \n
Required Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience \n
- Minimum 2+ end-to-end implementation projects \n
- Strong experience in S/4HANA Finance \n
- Hands-on expertise in: \n

- GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting \n
- Costing, CO-PA, Profit Center Accounting \n
- Banking and Financial Closing \n
- \n
- \n
- Experience in migration and rollout projects \n
- Strong knowledge of integration with MM and SD modules \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- Ability to lead large-scale transformation programs \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in or with KSA (Saudi Arabia) clients (VAT, localization) \n
