- Currently working as ASM in a FMCG company \n
- Should be heading a team of at least 10 direct reports and 70 indirect reports \n
- Should handle business of at least 200 crs per annum \n
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the area \n
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, considering the shelf life \n
- Channel Management \n
- Cost Management \n
- Month wise business forecasting, bench marking the previous year \n
- Data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan \n
- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants \n
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities \n
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis \n
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills \n
