We are looking for a visionary Business Head – Packaging (FIBC) to lead and scale our Packtech (FIBC) vertical . This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of P&L , responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding global footprint, and building a high-performance business across manufacturing and commercial functions.

• Define and execute the business strategy for the FIBC/Packtech vertical
\n
• Drive revenue growth, profitability (EBITDA), and market expansion globally
\n
• Lead domestic & international sales , including key account acquisition and retention
\n
• Expand presence across US, Europe, and Middle East markets
\n
• Oversee the complete product portfolio , including: \n

  • Type A, B, C, D FIBC (Jumbo Bags)
  \n
  • UN Certified Bags
  \n
  • Food Grade & Conductive FIBC
  \n
  • Baffle Bags & Container Liners
  \n
  • PP Woven Fabric & Liner Solutions

• Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, BRC, HACCP, UN Certification, Food Safety Norms)
\n
• Align production planning with demand forecasts to maximize capacity utilization
\n
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
\n
• Own and manage full P&L , including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
\n
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain
\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering / Polymer Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Management
\n
• MBA preferred
\n
• 15+ years of experience in FIBC / Technical Textiles / Industrial Packaging
\n
• Strong exposure to export markets and global business development
\n
• Demonstrated experience in scaling manufacturing operations and handling P&L
\n
• Deep understanding of compliance, certifications, and quality standards
