\nAbout role:\n
\nWe are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated client solutions manager to help scale our growing advertising business. You will work with advertisers and other Amazon business partners to manage media campaigns, ensure strong campaign performance and deliver positive return on investment for our emerging and growing advertisers. You will also lead dedicated programs to scale display advertising.\n
\n
\nYou should be passionate about understanding business drivers for advertising performance, the range of Amazon products available to our advertisers and engaging with internal and external partners to deliver on these. This is an advertiser facing role that is also responsible for identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and long-term growth. You will deliver consultative solutions for your advertisers earning their trust by educating them on how to be successful via Amazon Ad Products.\n

\nKey job responsibilities\n
\nThe responsibilities of the Client Solutions Manager would comprise of:\n
\n
\nEngage with CXOs/Ecommerce & Marketing heads of large brands within the category and act as an Amazon Advertising consultant and product expert. Consult and educate advertisers with insights and solutions to achieve greater results on Amazon\n
\n
\nLeverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet clients’ goals\n
\n
\nOwn end-to-end key business metrics like ad revenue and active advertisers for a complete category for Amazon advertising (Display and Video Ads)\n
\n
\nCreate and drive processes and initiatives to differentiate Amazon as an advertising destination and improve advertiser impact\n
\n
\nLead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration\n
\n
\nServe as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies\n

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
