Analyst needed for an Operations Engagement.
\n Provide business application support for Services & Logistics applications.
\n Possess cross-functional knowledge in the Oracle Order and Inventory Management module.
\n Manage services to ensure 24/7 support, 365 days a year.
\n Should be able to work in continuous US shifts / PST shifts
\n Will be responsible for handling incidents on weekdays & weekends, for handling escalations, monitoring incidents, and alerts.
\n Ensure the creation and maintenance of appropriate technical and business knowledge base documents.
\n Highly preferred Cisco S&L application and business operations experience
\n Good to have experience & knowledge of Pega.
\n Candidate should have good communication skills
