Role: Senior/Lead - Agentic AI

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Agentic AI to design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves leading AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving AI products that improve customer experience and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI and GenAI solutions.
\n
• Build AI applications using LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
\n
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI products.
\n
• Drive AI solution architecture, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
\n
• Ensure scalability, security, and best practices across AI platforms.
\n
• Mentor technical teams and provide solution guidance.
\n
• Manage multiple AI projects using Agile methodologies.
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• 4 10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
\n
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering .
\n
• Experience with Python , AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and APIs.
\n
• Strong understanding of MLOps, AI deployment, monitoring, and software engineering best practices.
\n
• Experience working with Agile teams and enterprise-scale AI solutions.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
