\n YOU LL BE BASED AT: Hosur, Factory
\n YOU LL BE ALIGNED WITH: Head of P&S Transformation
\n YOU LL BE A MEMBER OF: Transformation

\n WHAT WILL I BE DOING AT CLIENT?
\n ? Business partner: As a Transformation Manager you will be responsible for strategizing the digital roadmap for entire Manufacturing organization (like Vehicle & Battery Assembly Line, Quality, Warehousing, Logistics, SCM) by working with the Product Owners of Factory, Warehouse, Logistics, etc.
\n You will be responsible to provide guidance and support to the Transformation Managers and Transformation Leads of your respective P&L and decide on final prioritization of the stakeholder requirements working closely with your respective PO s.
\n You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder and convey business criticality with the information systems group. Ensuring the requirements are well understood and implemented.
\n ? Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for creating a healthy product backlog and adoption of tools and digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org more efficient
\n Develop understanding of how most of the tools used by the stakeholders work
\n Help build technology roadmap for scale, efficiency, automation and quality improvement.
\n Own the design & documentation of the Factory SAP (PP, QMS, WM, MM), MES & ARIBA
\n Ensure stable & scalable integration with other applications under SAP & MES ecosystems
\n Guide the development team to implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
\n Participate in resolving bugs/issues pertaining to design, development or integration to support business continuity
\n Drive the Industry Best Practices and new product features to leverage the SAP capabilities for better business processes
\n ? Process champion: You will also act as the process champion helping the stakeholders develop the lean processes to meet their business objectives
\n Help converting the problem statement of the stakeholders into solutions by working with the tech team
\n Participate in early UATs of the solutions on behalf of the stakeholders and work towards ensuring adoption by training, awareness and hand holding post implementation

\n WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
\n ? Hands on experience on setting up Processes & Systems for a 2W / 4W Manufacturing set-up
\n ? End to End Business Value Chain Understanding of Manufacturing, Quality, Supply chain, Logistics, Warehousing
\n ? Ability to assess the need for a change from problem statements, create system PRD and execute end to end process and system implementation
\n ? Experience in Business Process designing, VSM, VSDiA
\n ? Basic understanding of IT tools architecture and Working knowledge of tools like ERP (SAP PP, QM, MM, WM), TC PLM, MES, Ariba, IT system
\n ? Strong quantitative analytical skills, ROI and Business Value delivery

\n WHAT SHOULD I HAVE GRADUATED IN?
\n ? Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 10 to 14 years of Digital Transformation experience in automotive 2W/4W industry
\n ? Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a premier B-school (Desirable)
\n ? Desirable Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing consultant with knowledge on Lean Six Sigma and Lean.
\n ? Implementation experience in SAP (PP, QM, WM, MM), Ariba & MES
