About the role:

A Post Close Operations Analyst works on activities that happen after an investment or fund transaction is completed. The role focuses on ensuring that fund records, investor transactions, accounting entries, and reports are processed correctly and on time.

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field.

3-4 years of experience in: Fund administration, Fund Accounting, Alternative investment operations, Private market operations.

Manage post-close operational activities for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.

Process and Monitor fund cycle events Capital Calls, Distributions, Redemptions, Subscriptions.

Perform Cash, Position, and NAV Reconciliation.

Ensure timely capture of fund activity within accounting and administration platforms.

Soft Skills:

Problem solving and Analytical thinking

Stakeholder management

Time management & prioritization

Preferred Qualification:

Strong understanding of post-closure activities like: Financial statement preparation, investor reporting.

Work mode : WFO - UK Shift
