\n Ability to Deploy MS Intune Tenant and configuration as per customer needs
\n Windows Device Enrollment
\n Ability to deploy and publish company portal for Mobile application and windows devices
\n Ability to configure application protection policy
\n Ability to configure Azure AD / Hybrid AD Joined devices with MFA and Conditional access enabled
\n Extensive knowledge on Windows Auto Pilot
\n Extensive knowledge on Windows Hello for Business
\n Extensive knowledge on Defender ATP and Azure ATP
\n Ability to implement Configuration profiles/Compliance policies
\n Hand-on experience in EMS (Endpoint Management Solution) for access and data protection management
\n Provided expert-level management of Windows update deployments through Intune
\n Developed and implemented best practices for managing Windows updates via Intune,
\n Monitored and analyzed Windows update deployment metrics in Intune, addressing any anomalies or issues to ensure smooth and compliant update processes across all devices
\n streamlining deployment workflows and improving the efficiency of update rollouts
\n Ability to configure Mobile Device Policy, Restriction, Enrollments, profile and policy and compliance configuration
\n Ability to manage and configure Mobile device and Application management solutionLogs and tracks inquiries using a ticketing tool and maintains history records including related problem documentation.
\n Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately
