Locations: Ambala, Amritsar, Doomwali, Ferozepur, Hisar, Humbra Road (Ludhiana), Jalandhar, Karnal, Ludhiana, Malerkotla, Moga, Mohali, Panchkula, Panipat, Pathankot, Patiala, Rohtak & Yamuna Nagar
\nCTC: Up to 5 LPA
\nExperience: Minimum 1–2 years in Retail Banking Sales / Branch Banking
Role Overview \nWe are looking for dynamic Relationship Managers to drive Retail Branch Banking business by acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and promoting a range of liability and retail banking products including CASA, Term Deposits, Third Party Products, Gold Loans, and Trade Services.
Key Responsibilities \n- \n
- Acquire new customers for CASA, Term Deposits, Gold Loans, Trade Services, and Third-Party Products. \n
- Build and manage a strong customer portfolio through branch and market sourcing. \n
- Deepen existing customer relationships through cross-selling and up-selling of banking products. \n
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets across assigned product lines. \n
- Identify business opportunities through market mapping and customer referrals. \n
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and adherence to compliance guidelines. \n
- Deliver superior customer service while maintaining long-term relationships. \n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. \n

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail Banking Sales or Branch Banking. \n
- Experience in selling CASA, TD, TPD, Gold Loan, Trade, or other retail banking products. \n
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills. \n
- Good understanding of branch banking operations and customer acquisition. \n
- Graduate in any discipline. \n
