\nRole Overview
\nWe are seeking versatile creative professionals who can contribute to the development and
\nexecution of integrated brand and campaign work for global clients.
\nThis role goes beyond production design. You will participate in shaping creative outputs
\nacross digital, motion, and video channels, working directly with cross-regional stakeholders
\nand, in some cases, client teams. The position requires both strong visual craft and clear
\ncommunication, as you will translate business and campaign requirements into compelling
\ncreative solutions.
\nYou will operate within a collaborative pod structure alongside regional teams, contributing
\nfrom concept through final delivery across multiple platforms and media formats.
\nYour primary roles and responsibilities will include:
\nCreative Development
\n• Interpret campaign briefs and translate them into visual concepts and design directions
\n• Contribute ideas for campaign executions across multiple channels and platforms
• Develop layouts, visual treatments, and motion approaches aligned with brand
\nguidelines
\nMulti-Channel Creative Execution
\n• Create and adapt assets across digital display, social, video, CTV, and web formats
\n• Design static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video content
\n• Ensure visual consistency across campaign touchpoints and customer journeys
\nClient & Stakeholder Collaboration
\n• Communicate directly with global stakeholders to clarify requirements and present
\ncreative solutions
\n• Participate in discussions, reviews, and feedback sessions with regional teams
\n• Explain design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively
\nCampaign Ownership
\n• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables from brief to final output
\n• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality
\nstandards
\n• Manage multiple priorities across concurrent campaigns
\nQuality & Brand Integrity
\n• Maintain high standards of visual quality, typography, composition, and motion
\n• Ensure outputs align with brand standards and platform requirements
\nFuture-Ready Creativity
\n• Explore new formats, creative approaches, and emerging media
\n• Leverage AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve creative output and efficiency
\n• Continuously evolve skills across design, motion, and digital storytelling
\nGREAT TO HAVE
\nExperience
\n• 5+ years in a creative agency, digital production, or brand environment
\n• Portfolio demonstrating campaign work across multiple formats (design + motion/video
\npreferred)
\nCreative Capability
\n• Strong layout, typography, color, and composition fundamentals
\n• Ability to originate visual ideas, not just execute instructions
• Experience working across digital, social, and video formats
\nCommunication
\n• Excellent spoken and written English
\n• Comfortable interacting directly with global stakeholders
\n• Ability to understand briefs, ask clarifying questions, and present work clearly
\nTechnical Skills
\n• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere Pro
\npreferred)
\n• Experience designing for web, display, and video environments
\n• Proficiency with Figma or collaborative design tools
\n• Openness to using AI-assisted creative tools
\nWorking Style
\n• Self-managed and accountable
\n• Comfortable working in global time-zone overlap schedules when required
\n• Collaborative mindset with strong ownership mentality
