What you'll do:

\n - Edit high-conversion performance marketing ads.
\n - Create brand and social content: reels, founder videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes and journey stories
\n
\n
We're looking for someone who has:
\n
\n - 3+ years editing experience (After Effects must, Premiere Pro strong)
\n - Experience with performance ads + short-form social videos
\n - Good sense of hooks, pacing, sound, and visual flow
\n - Comfortable in fast, experiment-heavy startup teams
\n
