\nManaging end to end Immigration Work Permit processes for India outbound and inbound movement to countries such as APAC region (Australia, Japan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, European countries Germany, Sweden, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, other EU nations, UAE, Saudi Arabia - Efficiently manage the acquisition of work permits for employees across the regions and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
\nOverseeing Onsite Deputation: Coordinate and streamline the onsite deputation process, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to company policies.
\nSecuring Dependent Permits : Obtain necessary permits for employees' family members, facilitating their relocation and settlement.
\nGuiding and Tracking Residence Permits : Provide guidance and track the residence permit process for employees and their family members, ensuring timely and accurate completion
\nManaging Work Permit Extensions : Ensure timely filing of work permit extensions for employees and their families by tracking visa expiry dates, communicating with employees and managers, obtaining necessary approvals, and updating records.
\nHandling De-Registration and Permit Cancellations : Manage de-registration and work permit cancellations, including notifying authorities of any material changes or changes in circumstances.
\nManaging Heldpdesk Queries : Address and resolve queries related to undertakings, recoveries, and the Compass system, providing timely and accurate information.
\nConducting Audits and Record Keeping : Perform regular audits, maintain Management Information Systems (MIS), and ensure meticulous record-keeping for compliance and reporting purposes.
\nInvoice Verification and Clearance : Review and clear over 40 invoices from on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
\nTracking and Processing Visa Extensions : Monitor and process extensions for work permits and dependent visas, ensuring uninterrupted legal status for employees and their families.
\nManaging Exit Clearances : Oversee the exit clearance process, ensuring all necessary procedures are completed for departing employees for Mumbai and Pune based employees
\nEnsuring Standard Compliance : Conduct compliance checks for APAC countries and updating the Standard Compliance Portal to maintain high standards of regulatory adherence.
\nConducting Briefing and Orientation Sessions : Provide comprehensive briefing and orientation sessions for each visa applicant, covering visa application procedures and immigration guidelines for travel.
\nBusiness Visa Processing:
\nManage business visa applications for employees traveling to non-USA countries, specifically for Mumbai and Pune-based employees. Guiding them on the process, documentation and filing the visa application forms and addressing their queries. Validating and performing the due diligence of the business visa requirement as per the compliance requirement and ensuring only valid cases are taken forward for visa processing.
\nData Management & System Updates
\nMaintain and update immigration-related records and systems to ensure compliance and accuracy in COMPASS portal
\nWeekly / Monthly and Adhoc Reports
\nMaintain and provide weekly, monthly or Quarterly MIS reports as per the management requirement.
