\nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales professional to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships across assigned territories.

- Drive primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territory \n
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and channel partners \n
- Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets \n
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and schemes \n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights \n
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms \n
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams \n
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates \n
- Lead, train, and guide field sales teams (for managerial roles) \n

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5+ years of experience. \n
- Proven experience in FMCG sales (GT / MT / E-commerce as applicable) \n
- Strong understanding of distributor management and retail execution \n
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment \n
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography \n
