Job Summary

We are looking for a .NET Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server . The role involves leading development initiatives, modernizing legacy applications, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, and Angular
\n
• Drive application modernization and migration from legacy systems to .NET Core
\n
• Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services
\n
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
\n
• Work closely with business, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
\n
• Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices
\n
• Support deployments, release management, and production issues
\n

Required Technical Skills

\n
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC
\n
• Experience with WebForms and migration to modern frameworks
\n
• Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ
\n
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning)
\n
• Experience in REST API development and system integration
\n
• Working knowledge of Angular (v8+)
\n
• Familiarity with Git / TFS / Azure Repos
\n
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
\n
• BFSI domain experience (mandatory/preferred)
\n

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines

• Exposure to microservices architecture
\n
• Knowledge of Docker / containerization

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Education

BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent
