Job Description
- Assist Project Manager in execution of assigned Projects \n
- Proposal / Project coordination \n
- Coordinating contract review (technical) before and after accepting order \n
- Preparation and compilation of Engineering Plan / Resource Plan with inputs from LEs. \n
- Preparing project execution procedure and supporting procedures, as required, for overall project execution \n
- Project engineering coordination and interface with Project control \n
- Maintaining tracking sheet for external interactions and meetings with client, suppliers, vendors and contractors \n
- Follow up with disciplines, Project Execution Group, Specialist Engineering Groups and other agencies to release engineering deliverables as per agreed schedule. \n
- Tracking document approval from Customer / PMC and providing timely input to Project Manager and project controls. \n
- Preparing and maintaining documents required for Quality Management System for assigned project. Compilation of project quality records in suitable form. \n
- Preparing minutes of Meeting for regular project review meetings and conducting multi-disciplinary Tool Box Meeting (TBM) on regular basis, and tracking action required by concern. \n
- Prepare and update monthly man-hours / Project Schedule for assigned project \n
- Compile and maintain change orders register \n
- Periodic monitoring of quantities \n
- Prepare closeout dossier for executed project and capture learnings.
