Description Information
Role Summary
Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, and basic networking issues. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily IT support tickets and end-user requests.
\n - Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and hardware-related issues.
\n - Resolve Windows OS and Outlook-related problems.
\n - Support Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network connectivity issues.
\n - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
\n - Install and support standard business applications.
\n - Maintain issue resolution documentation and reports.
\n - Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
\n - Support IT infrastructure and end-user environments.
\n - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
\n\n - Windows Operating Systems
\n - Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
\n - Outlook Support
\n - Basic Networking (Wi-Fi, LAN)
\n - Hardware & Peripheral Support
\n - MS Office Applications
\n - Ticket Handling & Documentation

\n - Remote Desktop Support
\n - ITIL Awareness
\n - Helpdesk Support Experience
\n\n - 1–4 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support roles.
\n - Experience in troubleshooting Windows-based systems and end-user environments.
