Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve software request tickets efficiently
\n
• Lead and contribute with over 15+ years of engineering expertise.
\n
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Android SDKs.
\n
• Ensure compatibility across multiple Android versions and screen sizes.
\n
• Leverage the open-source Android ecosystem and third-party libraries for scalable solutions.
\n
• Architect and build Android apps from the ground up (File New Project) to production release on Google Play.
\n
• Deliver pixel-perfect user experiences with clear information architecture and adherence to platform conventions.
\n
• Apply strong knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, functional, and reactive programming.
\n
• Integrate, write, and debug REST APIs effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with web teams to integrate HTML/JS/CSS-based apps as required.
\n
• Gain and expand knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
\n
• Evaluate and understand cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, and Kotlin Multiplatform.
\n
• Write robust, multi-threaded, asynchronous code with a focus on performance and scalability.
\n
• Debug and optimize applications using instrumentation and performance tuning.
\n
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
\n
• Maintain proficiency in version control systems (Git).
\n
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
