\nRole Overview
\n We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Head who can lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives to increase store footfall, product promotion, customer retention, and business growth. This role requires a mix of on-ground marketing execution, ATL/BTL activities, and digital marketing leadership (Offline is the main focus)
\n The ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced F&B/growth brand environment, having experience of scaling a 0 to 1 journey for brand building, and is someone who understands consumer marketing deeply — from ideation to planning to on-ground execution.
\n Key Responsibilities
\n On-Ground & Offline Marketing (Primary Focus)
\n • Plan and execute local store-level marketing to drive footfall & sampling
\n • Lead BTL initiatives: food festivals, kiosks, tasting programmes, mall activations, campus tie-ups, community engagement, corporate sampling drives
\n • Manage ATL campaigns — print, radio, outdoor, retail branding, regional media partnerships
\n • Build and execute new store launch plans & expansion marketing playbook
\n • Drive performance by analyzing regional demand patterns & customer insights
Digital & Influencer Marketing
\n • Oversee organic content and storytelling on digital platforms
\n • Manage influencers & food content creators for ROI-driven partnerships
\n • Coordinate with digital partners for basic performance campaigns
\n • Ensure unified consumer communication across all touchpoints
Leadership & Execution
\n • Work closely with founders & leadership to align business & marketing goals
\n • Lead external creative, activation & digital partners/agencies
\n • Manage budgets, measure marketing ROI & optimize spends
\n • Build and mentor a small marketing team as the brand scales
\n Profile Requirements
\n • Minimum 7+ years of experience in F&B / QSR / ice-cream/café chains/consumer experience-driven brands
\n • Strong background in offline activation & ground-level marketing
\n • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (organic, social, influencers)
\n • Data-driven, execution-focused & creative problem-solver
\n • Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
