Job Description
Plan & Manage Digital Campaigns - Execute full-funnel digital media plans across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
\nCoordinate with Creative & Tech Teams - Work with agencies and internal teams for creative development and landing page execution to ensure high conversion rates.
\nCollaborate Across Functions - Liaise with business marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to drive lead flow and ensure seamless funnel movement.
\nSupport Reporting & Insights - Prepare and analyze campaign, lead, and sales funnel reports using Excel and other tools to drive decision-making.
\nManage CRM Processes - Use CRM platforms to extract reports, monitor lead journeys, and flag data gaps or duplication issues.
\nDrive Revenue Through Marketing - Contribute actively toward achieving digital-led revenue targets along with digital managers across the zone (~1000 Cr.) by aligning marketing efforts with sales outcomes.
\nBring Real Estate Marketing Expertise - Apply knowledge of the real estate category to tailor digital strategies for high-intent property buyers.
\nSkills Required:
\nHands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
\nProficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, CRM tools (like Salesforce, Leadsquared, HubSpot)
\nStrong analytical and reporting skills
\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities
\nFamiliarity with real estate buyer personas and funnel strategies
\nQualification & Experience:
\nGraduate in Marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
\n4+ Years in digital marketing of a real estate company (preferably listed) or with a digital agency of real estate clientele
