- Handle compensation and benefits planning and execution. \n

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in HR management within the energy and natural resources industry. \n
- Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements in India. \n
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills. \n
- Ability to strategise and execute HR initiatives effectively. \n
- Experience in managing change and fostering organisational growth.
