Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech Civil) – Mandatory

8 – 12 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects with strong exposure to formwork planning and execution
\n\n - \n
Project Site / Multiple Project Sites
\n\n - \n
Plan and manage formwork systems for high-rise building construction projects .
\n - \n
Prepare formwork planning schedules aligned with project construction timelines .
\n - \n
Ensure optimal utilization and rotation of formwork materials across towers and floors .
\n\n - \n
Oversee installation, dismantling, and shifting of formwork systems including:
\nAluminium Formwork
\nConventional Formwork
\nSafety Screen Climbing Systems
\nAutomatic Climbing Systems (ACS)
\n - \n
Ensure formwork execution meets structural, dimensional, and quality requirements .
\n\n - \n
Work closely with Tower Incharges, Engineers, and Supervisors for proper execution of formwork activities.
\n - \n
Provide technical guidance to site teams regarding formwork systems and methodologies .
\n - \n
Resolve technical issues related to formwork installation and cycling .
\n\n - \n
Monitor formwork cycle time for slab and vertical elements .
\n - \n
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce cycle time in high-rise construction .
\n - \n
Ensure timely availability of formwork materials and accessories .
\n\n - \n
Ensure safe installation and operation of climbing systems and safety screens .
\n - \n
Conduct inspections to verify formwork stability, alignment, and structural safety .
\n - \n
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and best construction practices .
\n\n - \n
Coordinate with formwork vendors and suppliers for technical support and system maintenance.

Monitor formwork inventory, material condition, and maintenance requirements .
\n - \n
Ensure proper handling, storage, and reuse of formwork materials .
\n\n - \n
Provide training and technical guidance to engineers and supervisors on formwork systems.

Support project teams in method statements and formwork methodology planning .
\n\n - \n
Strong expertise in high-rise formwork systems and construction methodologies

Hands-on experience with:

Understanding of formwork cycle planning and productivity optimization

\n\nThe Manager – Formwork Execution (Services Incharge) will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring formwork systems used across project sites . The role involves ensuring efficient deployment, planning, and execution of various formwork systems including Aluminium Formwork, Conventional Formwork, Safety Screen Climbing Systems, and Automatic Climbing Systems (ACS) .
\nThe candidate will work closely with project execution teams, tower incharges, and site engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely formwork operations across the project .
