Job Description
- Strategic exposure and collaboration with leadership. \n

- Manage the full hiring lifecycle across all verticals including IB, PE, VC, Public Equities, and Founder's Office. \n
- Continuously monitor industry movements and maintain insights into mid-to-senior level talent pools. \n
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline; develop scalable processes for junior-level hiring. \n
- Influence and evolve the firm's culture by implementing best practices from leading organizations. \n
- Provide strategic input on compensation structures based on market trends and benchmarking. \n\n
- Masters in Human resources \n
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience hiring for Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity organisations or Experience in a top-tier executive search firm specialising in IB / VC / PE hiring. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management \n
- Proven ability to independently manage the recruitment lifecycle and onboard talent across levels. \n
- Strong passion for building and executing talent strategy as a key growth lever. \n
- Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
