    End-to-End Talent Acquisition:

    \n
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle across all verticals including IB, PE, VC, Public Equities, and Founder's Office.
  • \n



    Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:

    \n
  • Continuously monitor industry movements and maintain insights into mid-to-senior level talent pools.
  • \n



    Pipeline Development:

    \n
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline; develop scalable processes for junior-level hiring.
  • \n



    Culture Development:

    \n
  • Influence and evolve the firm's culture by implementing best practices from leading organizations.
  • \n



    Compensation & Incentives:

    \n
  • Provide strategic input on compensation structures based on market trends and benchmarking.
  • \n

    \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • Masters in Human resources
  • \n
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience hiring for Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity organisations or Experience in a top-tier executive search firm specialising in IB / VC / PE hiring.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • \n
  • Proven ability to independently manage the recruitment lifecycle and onboard talent across levels.
  • \n
  • Strong passion for building and executing talent strategy as a key growth lever.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
