  • Lead an upcoming channel from an HR standpoint
  • \n
  • End to end, TA, Business partnering, C&B, L&D for the channel
  • \n
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
  • \n
  • Lead initiatives to identify, attract, and retain top talent in the life insurance sector.
  • \n
  • Design and oversee succession planning and leadership development programmes.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
  • \n
  • Drive employee engagement through innovative performance management practices.
  • \n
  • Analyse workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for organisational improvement.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards in human resources.
  • \n
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head - Talent Management should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven expertise in talent management within the insurance or life insurance industry.
  • \n
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • \n
  • Experience in designing and implementing talent development programmes.
  • \n
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret workforce data.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
