- Deep expertise in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. \n
- Strong governance, compliance, and risk‑management orientation. \n
- Hands‑on experience implementing financial systems, automation, and digital finance tools. \n
- Proven capability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions. \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including investor‑facing exposure. \n
- Experience building and developing high‑performing finance teams. \n
