Job Description
- Opportunity to work directly with deal teams on high‑impact buy/sell side \n
- Join a fast‑growing India team with strong leadership exposure. \n\n
- Execute or lead financial due diligence analyses including QoE, working capital, cash flow, and revenue/EBITDA reviews. \n
- Review financial statements and management data to identify risks, trends, and value drivers. \n
- Prepare client‑ready deliverables such as analytical schedules, data books, QoE bridges, and executive summaries. \n
- Support or lead carve‑outs, synergy evaluation, and integration‑related assessments. \n
- Manage multiple engagements and collaborate closely with deal teams. \n
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement and India‑team development. \n\n
- Brings 2-8+ years of FDD/Transaction Advisory experience, depending on level. \n
- Strong analytical, modelling, and problem‑solving capabilities. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create polished client‑ready outputs. \n
- Comfortable working in a high‑velocity, high‑expectation environment with strong ownership. \n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to contribute to a growing team.
