The Role \nWe are looking for an SEO & Content Specialist to drive organic growth through search-optimised content across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube.
Responsibilities \n- \n
- Drive organic growth across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube
\n - Build and optimise programmatic pages (college, degree, career pathways)
\n - Perform keyword research and improve rankings for high-intent queries
\n - Create and optimise high-quality content aligned to user search journeys
\n - Manage and guide 3–4 content interns to scale content production
\n - Continuously improve content performance through experimentation

- 2–3 years experience in SEO or content growth
\n - Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush
\n - Experience in EdTech or career content preferred
\n - Basic understanding of AI search / LLM content optimisation
\n - Strong execution mindset \n
