Job Description
- To lead the practice for an industry-leader \n
- To be a part of a growth-oriented, fast paced global brand \n\n
- Lead assurance & advisory engagement for large global clients \n
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across all operations \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and drive financial efficiencies and improvements \n
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture \n
- Take responsibility of managing risk at the practice and engagement level \n\n
- Qualified CA/CPA (US) is a must \n
- Strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the business services industry \n
- 15+ years of post-qualification experience \n
- Functional knowledge of advisory & assurance is a must \n
- Experience in leading and managing large teams effectively \n
- Extensive knowledge on USGAAP \n
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills \n
- Prior experience managing multi-country teams, and technology-enabled services is a preference
