Job Description
- High Ownership role \n
- Opportunity to work with senior leadership \n\n
- Act as the primary HR partner for technology teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Automation, Data and related functions. \n
- Work directly with senior tech leaders to define org structures, capability plans and workforce strategies. \n
- Drive culture‑building initiatives tailored to a product and engineering environment. \n
- Build and execute talent development frameworks, including career paths, technical competency models, and succession planning. \n
- Partner with business and L&D teams to design upskilling programmes for tech talent. \n
- Strengthen leadership capability within engineering teams through coaching and structured interventions. \n
- Manage performance cycles end‑to‑end for tech teams, ensuring fairness, calibration and alignment with business priorities. \n
- Collaborate with compensation teams to ensure competitiveness for niche and next‑gen skill sets. \n
- Drive engagement through structured check‑ins, skip‑levels, manager coaching and sentiment analysis. \n
- Identify and address employee concerns proactively to ensure a strong and inclusive team culture. \n
- Build mechanisms to retain high‑performing tech talent in a competitive market. \n\n
- 12-18 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR business partnering for technology functions. \n
- Proven success partnering with engineering/product teams in dynamic and innovation‑led environments. \n
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape, talent behaviour, career motivators and industry benchmarks. \n
- Experience in product organisations, SaaS companies, tech startups, digital businesses, or engineering‑driven firms. \n
- Not seeking candidates from traditional IT services or large outsourcing environments. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior technology leaders. \n
- High emotional intelligence, maturity and ability to deal with ambiguity. \n
- Data‑driven approach; ability to leverage insights for decision‑making. \n
- Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable operating in a scaling environment.
