\n 2. System Design and Architecture:
\n %CB; Architect robust, distributed systems and microservices that can scale globally.
\n %CB; Perform advanced system design, factoring in scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
\n %CB; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
\n 3. Code Quality and Optimisation:
\n %CB; Champion clean, maintainable, and reusable code through design patterns, advanced coding practices, and automated testing.
\n %CB; Conduct in-depth code reviews and technical audits to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
\n %CB; Optimise critical performance bottlenecks, ensuring systems meet SLA and scale efficiently.
\n 4. Mentorship and Team Development:
\n %CB; Mentor SDE I and SDE II engineers, guiding them on design, debugging, and problem-solving.
\n %CB; Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
\n %CB; Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, tech talks, and documentation improvements.
\n 5. Ownership and Problem-Solving:
\n %CB; Own critical features/modules, proactively identifying and addressing technical debt.
\n %CB; Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with deep root cause analysis and solutions to improve system reliability.
\n %CB; Lead incident response and post-mortems to drive operational excellence.
\n 6. Agile Delivery:
\n %CB; Lead Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
\n %CB; Effectively prioritise features, bugs, and technical debt in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
\n %CB; Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality code.
\n 7. Continuous Innovation:
\n %CB; Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation in development practices.
\n %CB; Identify opportunities for automating manual processes and improving engineering efficiency.
\n %CB; Contribute to the team’s technical vision, strategy, and roadmap.
\n Technical Skills:
\n %CB; Strong expertise in programming languages/frameworks like Java, Spring Boot, Python, etc.
\n %CB; Deep experience in designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
\n %CB; Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with deployment experience.
\n %CB; Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
\n %CB; Expertise in performance optimisation, profiling, and system reliability.
\n %CB; Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
\n %CB; Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
