  • As a Key Account Manager - Mining, you will drive revenue growth across mining customers across India. This is a sales role that requires strong technical depth to influence plant performance and convert application success into long-term commercial partnerships.

  • Work closely with plant heads, metallurgists, and operations teams to position specialty polymers in solid-liquid separation, flotation circuits, filtration, and pellet plants, delivering measurable improvements in recovery, throughput, and water efficiency.
  • \n
  • Lead plant trials, technical evaluations, and performance benchmarking, translating results into commercial conversions and account expansion.
  • \n
  • Identify new growth opportunities within mining clusters while strengthening strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • \n
  • Partner with R&D and technical teams to customize solutions aligned to customer process conditions and sustainability goals.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    / in Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in iron ore beneficiation, flotation, pelletization operations, or technical sales of mining chemicals. The candidate should bring strong application knowledge of flocculants, coagulants, or specialty polymers in mineral processing environments, along with proven experience managing large mining accounts, conducting plant trials, and driving measurable improvements in productivity and cost efficiency. The role requires regular travel across the assigned region to support customer sites and business development efforts.
