    The Customer Supply Chain role is an integral part of ensuring the service to some of TE’s most critical accounts. This role will be responsible for setting up and managing Supply Chain programs (e.g. VMI/Consignment, Safety Stock and Customer Forecast / Liability) for Key accounts of the Industrial business unit in the assigned region, assisting Sales in setting up and implementing new Stocking Agreements, manage account review process to ensure customer- specific inventory levels are being met. This role will require an individual with both experience setting up and managing the programs and analysis above and with a proactive mindset committed to cross-functional partnering with all parts of TE to ensure successful execution (i.e. empowered ownership). Additional expertise and comfort in data (obtaining, manipulating, analyzing) will be crucial in efficiently performing ad-hoc analysis, identifying areas for standard reporting, and resolving ongoing issues.

    Responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage supply chain programs and agreements (VMI/Consignment, Safety Stock, Customer Forecasts, Liability Agreements, SA clean up, agreement catalog maintenance etc.) in scope (assigned).
  • \n
  • Review of supply chain programs in compliance with the liability agreement assigned customers (red flags, escalations)
  • \n
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
  • \n
  • Ensure timely and consistent generation of periodic reports used by CSC Team
  • \n
  • Root cause analysis on supply issues and drive improvement actions & inventory optimization
  • \n
  • Streamline and optimize the supply chain processes for your assigned customers
  • \n
  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business strategies and decision-making processes for Customer supply chain
  • \n
  • Regular Forecast Accuracy & Forecast Fluctuation review from customers
  • \n
  • Review of delivery performance of assigned customers and proposals of new supply chain programs based on eligibility.
  • \n
  • Supporting sales with customized reporting as a part of Data Analytics
  • \n
  • Participate in QBR’s with customer and be part of the internal Focus team to drive for ECE
  • \n
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive data models to support forecasting and optimization efforts
  • \n
  • Assist Sales and CC teams with forecast information (reporting & analysis) when needed
  • \n
  • Designs and delivers core and ad hoc Analysis, along with first level interpretation to provide insights and support decision making to Account Managers, Sub vertical Leads & other cross functional teams
  • \n

    Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate from any stream
  • \n
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain area or relevant expertise
  • \n
  • Well versed with Data Analysis – SAP, CRM Excel etc. SQL/similar tools knowledge will be an asset
