    1. Strategic Business Partnership

    \n *Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

    \n *Serve as a key advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy for respective functions.

    \n *Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, attrition, engagement, and Talent Management & Development

    \n *Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, and talent review processes.

    \n *Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring, onboarding, and career development are seamless.

    \n *Identify high-potential talent and partner on succession planning and leadership development Employee Experience & Culture

    \n *Lead engagement initiatives that build inclusion, recognition, and belonging across all employee groups.

    \n *Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals through advocacy.

    \n *Serve as an employee advocate while balancing business HR Operations & Compliance

    \n *Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

    \n *Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

    \n *Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and Organizational Effectiveness & Change

    \n *Support organizational restructuring and change management efforts to align with growth objectives.

    \n *Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and automation.

    \n *Promote a performance-driven culture and embed HR best practices across the organization.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    *MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute.

    \n *15-18 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner to Management Leaders/ Executive Committee members

    \n *Experience in real estate or large-scale corporate environments preferred.

    \n *Prior experience of working in matrixed organizations preferred.

    \n *Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.

    \n *Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.

    \n *Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

    \n *Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (Workday preferred).
