Job Description

- Own the Central Credit Management Service across its lifecycle. \n
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives . \n
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in collaboration with support teams. \n
- Ensure operational readiness for new releases. \n
- Validate that the service can be supported operationally (monitoring, SLAs, documentation). \n
- Create documentation for system configuration and processes . \n\n
- 8+ Years of experience \n
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and architecture \n
- Knowledge of SAP FSCM Credit Management module at Central Finance and SAP Business Partner Concept . \n
- Experience with service transition and operational readiness . \n
- Excellent problem-solving , analytical , and communication skills . \n
- Advanced proficiency in English . \n
- Knowledge in SQL .
