SAP Basis/HANA Consultant

We are looking for professionals with SAP Basis experience. Professionals Java Administration experience will be considered.

\n As a SAP Basis Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
\n - Providing service delivery to the required service levels
\n - Providing reactive support for customers of the service, and to introduce measures to reduce reactive work.
\n - Providing proactive support, through effective capacity planning and change management.
\n - Handling escalations from customers/other teams, about technical issues.
\n - Configuration and administration of large scale global and regional SAP systems.
\n - Plan, execute and follow up SAP projects under your responsibility

\n Capacity to communicate information within the team effectively
\n Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication, training and organizational skills required as well as the ability to work effectively in a team
\n Ability to make effective and excellent interpersonal and customer relations
\n Must have a strong customer service orientation
\n Good verbal and written English communication skills
\n TECHNICAL SKILLS
\n - At least 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration, with 4-5 year Java Administration , HANA Administration , Database Administration or OS Administration
\n - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem- solving, and conceptual skills
\n - Strong customer focus and management of client expectations
\n - Excellent oral and written communication skills
\n - Excellent teamwork skills
\n - Can work with minimum supervision.
\n Candidates with the following skills will be at an added advantage:
\n - SAP Basis experience on release 6 and above
\n - SAP experience on any of the following NetWeaver technologies:
\n - SAP Basis Netweaver Administration
\n - Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence
\n - Enterprise Portal Administration/ SAP Workplace
\n - SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP PI) Administration / SAP Business Connector
\n - SAP J2EE 7.0, 7.1 & 7.2 CE, 7.3 and higher
\n - SAP Solution Manager operations (MOPZ,RCA, Managed system configurations)
\n - Trex Administration
\n - Hands-on experience with Oracle release upgrade as well as fix pack upgrades
\n - Oracle Administration tasks like backup, restore/recovery, data file management.
\n Required Knowledge
\n Educational background: University degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems etc.) or equivalent experience in IT or relevant business area.
\n Good understanding of ITIL, Service standard processes (certification preferred)
