Job Description
- To be a part of one of the largest multiplex cinema chains in India \n
- Get to work with CXOs and drive the company's digital transformation journey \n\n
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI productivity tools (, generative AI assistants, workflow automation) to embed AI into daily business workflows. \n
- Partner with IT and business leaders to tailor AI solutions, drive cross-functional initiatives, and maximize ROI from AI investments. \n
- Design and execute change management, AI literacy, and workforce upskilling programs to ensure sustainable adoption. \n
- Establish Responsible AI governance frameworks covering data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI usage. \n
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, productivity gains, and employee experience, providing insights to senior leadership for continuous optimization. \n\n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. \n
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or AI adoption roles. \n
- Strong understanding of AI productivity platforms (, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI assistants, workflow automation tools). \n
- Experience in change management, training, and organizational enablement. \n
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks. \n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
