  • Hands-on role requiring strong capability in opening avenues, lead generation, investor outreach, and long-term relationship building
  • \n
  • Responsibility to effectively balance and execute across deal-making, fundraising activities, and compliance-related coordination
  • \n
  • Active involvement in end-to-end fundraising efforts, including investor identification, pitching, follow-ups, and closing discussions
  • \n
  • Support deal execution by enabling strategic introductions, managing investor relationships, and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • \n
  • Experience engaging and raising capital from targeted investor pools, including small to mid-sized funds, funds facing fundraising challenges, and family offices
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful Manager - Fundraising should have:

    \n
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in capital raising, investor relations, or business development within the investment ecosystem
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience working with small to mid‑sized funds, funds facing fundraising constraints, and family offices
  • \n
  • Proven ability to independently source leads, open doors, and manage investor relationships through the fundraising lifecycle
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of relationship‑driven fundraising, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • \n
  • High levels of ownership, diligence, and professionalism, with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, performance‑oriented environment
  • \n
  • Working familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks, including SRBI, SEBI, and RUSI, as relevant to fundraising and investment activities is a plus
