Job Description
- Opportunity to work with a Category II Alternative Investment Fund \n
- Opportunity to take a hands‑on role in executing fundraising \n\n
- Hands-on role requiring strong capability in opening avenues, lead generation, investor outreach, and long-term relationship building \n
- Responsibility to effectively balance and execute across deal-making, fundraising activities, and compliance-related coordination \n
- Active involvement in end-to-end fundraising efforts, including investor identification, pitching, follow-ups, and closing discussions \n
- Support deal execution by enabling strategic introductions, managing investor relationships, and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders \n
- Experience engaging and raising capital from targeted investor pools, including small to mid-sized funds, funds facing fundraising challenges, and family offices \n\n
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in capital raising, investor relations, or business development within the investment ecosystem \n
- Demonstrated experience working with small to mid‑sized funds, funds facing fundraising constraints, and family offices \n
- Proven ability to independently source leads, open doors, and manage investor relationships through the fundraising lifecycle \n
- Strong understanding of relationship‑driven fundraising, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers \n
- High levels of ownership, diligence, and professionalism, with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, performance‑oriented environment \n
- Working familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks, including SRBI, SEBI, and RUSI, as relevant to fundraising and investment activities is a plus
