Job Overview:
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand and Marketing to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of our brands marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications with good expertise in handling SAAS products.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nBrand Strategy Development:

- Lead the development of the brands vision, strategy, and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints. \n
- Define the brand s messaging, values, and tone of voice to align with target audiences and business objectives. \n
Campaign Management:

- Create and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. \n
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI \n
Marketing Leadership:
\n- \n
- Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-driven performance. \n
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. \n
- Oversee the execution of global and regional marketing campaigns. \n
Team Development & Management:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and marketing team. \n
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams such as product, sales, and creative. \n
Market & Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. \n
- Use insights to refine strategies, messaging, and product positioning. \n
Brand & Content Leadership:

- Oversee content creation, digital presence, and social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement. \n
- Ensure content is on-brand, innovative, and resonates with the target audience. \n
Performance Reporting:

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies. \n
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to improve results. \n
Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to deliver maximum impact. \n
Qualifications:
\nEducation: Master of Business Administration/ Any Graduate with 10+ years of experience in handling the Branding/ MArketing portfolio from SAAS Product background
