Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand and Marketing to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of our brands marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications with good expertise in handling SAAS products.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

  1. Lead the development of the brands vision, strategy, and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  2. \n
  3. Define the brand s messaging, values, and tone of voice to align with target audiences and business objectives.
  4. \n
\n

Campaign Management:

\n
    \n
  1. Create and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  2. \n
  3. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
  4. \n
\n

Marketing Leadership:

\n
    \n
  1. Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
  2. \n
  3. Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  4. \n
  5. Oversee the execution of global and regional marketing campaigns.
  6. \n

Team Development & Management:

  1. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and marketing team.
  2. \n
  3. Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams such as product, sales, and creative.
  4. \n
\n

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  2. \n
  3. Use insights to refine strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
  4. \n
\n

Brand & Content Leadership:

\n

  1. Oversee content creation, digital presence, and social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.
  2. \n
  3. Ensure content is on-brand, innovative, and resonates with the target audience.
  4. \n
\n

Performance Reporting:

    \n
  1. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies.
  2. \n
  3. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to improve results.
  4. \n
\n

Budget Management:

\n
    \n
  1. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to deliver maximum impact.

\n

Qualifications:

\n

Education: Master of Business Administration/ Any Graduate with 10+ years of experience in handling the Branding/ MArketing portfolio from SAAS Product background
