Job Description:

\n


\n

Manage the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual regulatory reports under

\n

US GAAP.

\n


\n

Manage a team responsible for providing financial statements for a wide variety of

\n

alternative investment funds, including but not limited to hedge funds, private equity funds,

\n

and closed-end registered products. Conduct variance analysis and reconciliation to identify

\n

discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial data reported.

\n


\n

Lead the adoption of new US GAAP accounting standards and ensure timely and accurate

\n

integration into reporting processes. Oversees compliance and detail review of financial

\n

statements prepared by the associates / reviewers with US GAAP, IFRS and other widely

\n

adopted accounting principles.

\n


\n

Foster a collaborative environment to drive team success and meet deadlines for regulatory

\n

submissions. Prepares and reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports (e.g.,

\n

Form PF, Form PQR, Annex IV (AIFMD), Form 13F, CIMA FAR and others). Engaging with the

\n

client to strengthen the relationship. Provides peer reviews of financial reports.

\n

Participates in ad-hoc financial reporting projects as required.

\n


\n

Qualifications:

\n


\n

Bachelor s or Master s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience

\n

CPA or CA certification.

\n


\n

Required Skills/Experience

\n


\n

Minimum 6 years of experience in alternative investments industry with advanced knowledge of

\n

financial & regulatory reporting

\n


\n

In-depth knowledge and understanding of portfolio accounting and the investment management

\n

industry

\n


\n

Ability to align teams and resources to fit the overall strategy.

\n


\n

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with ability to lead in a professional and challenging

\n

environment and deliver results against fast-paced deliverable deadlines

\n


\n

Outstanding presentation, communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.

\n


\n

Ability to manage multiple client engagements/tasks and deadlines simultaneously

\n


\n

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office product
