\nLocation: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh | On-site | Full-time | Starts November 2026
\nAbout the role
\nWe are looking for an analytical, hands-on engineer to lead manufacturing process implementation and improvement at our Sri City facility. The Industrial / Process Engineer owns new product introduction, process validation, and continuous improvement across automation, assembly, and printing operations — with a focus on quality, efficiency, and production ramp-up in a regulated medical device environment.
\nKey responsibilities

- Design, document, and improve manufacturing processes across automation, assembly, and printing operations \n
- Define cycle times, line balancing, and capacity models to meet production and ramp-up targets \n
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) — including process development, line layout, equipment specification, and work instruction development \n
- Plan and execute process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) in collaboration with quality and production teams \n
- Specify, evaluate, and support commissioning of production equipment, fixtures, and automation systems \n
- Drive engineering change control for all process and equipment modifications \n
- Contribute to root cause analysis, CAPAs, risk assessments (PFMEA), and continuous improvement initiatives \n
What we're looking for

- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Production Engineering \n
- 3–6+ years in a process or industrial engineering role — medical device or high-precision manufacturing preferred \n
- Strong grounding in lean manufacturing, line balancing, and cycle time optimisation \n
- Proficiency in SPC, DOE, and PFMEA for process development and improvement \n
- Hands-on experience with equipment specification, automation systems, and controls integration \n
- Understanding of validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) in regulated manufacturing environments \n
- Green Belt / Black Belt certification or formal lean training preferred \n
- Proficiency in Telugu and/or Tamil required \n
