  • Monitor and manage the performance of the collections team to achieve targets.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all collection activities.

  • Analyse collection data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • \n
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve recovery rates.

  • Manage vendor relationships to support collection activities.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collections.
