We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Sslesforce Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives across multiple clients and industries. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle—from project initiation and planning through execution, governance, stakeholder management, and successful delivery.
\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting services, experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
\nRequirements
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery \nLead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans.
\nEstablish project governance structures and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.
\nMonitor project health, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
\nEnsure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
\nManage project financials, utilization, forecasting, and resource planning.
Client & Stakeholder Management \nServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
\nBuild strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
\nFacilitate discovery workshops, solution discussions, project reviews, and steering committee meetings.
\nManage stakeholder expectations and effectively handle escalations when required.
\nProvide regular status reporting, project updates, and executive-level communication.
Agile & Delivery Management \nDrive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
\nEnsure business requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans.
\nTrack sprint progress, release readiness, and overall delivery performance.
Team Leadership & Resource Management \nLead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams consisting of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA professionals.
\nFoster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.
\nManage resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
\nIdentify team risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints and implement mitigation plans.
Governance, Reporting & Compliance \nMaintain project artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, budgets, and governance documentation.
\nTrack and report key delivery metrics, including schedule adherence, budget performance, resource utilization, and quality indicators.
\nEnsure compliance with organizational delivery frameworks, security standards, and project governance requirements.
\nDrive lessons learned sessions and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Risk, Change & Quality Management \nEstablish proactive risk management practices and mitigation strategies.
\nManage project change requests and scope adjustments while maintaining delivery commitments.
\nEnsure adherence to quality standards through effective planning, reviews, and stakeholder alignment.
\nEscalate critical issues appropriately and drive resolution through collaboration with leadership and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications \nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n8–12 years of overall project management experience, with at least 3–5 years managing Salesforce projects.
\nProven experience delivering projects within a consulting or professional services environment.
\nStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
\nSalesforce certifications and project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.) are highly desirable.
Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Domain Expertise \nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
\nFamiliarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycles, release management, and deployment processes.
\nExperience working with enterprise integrations, data migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
