  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects

  • Drive revenue targets through pipeline optimization and team leadership

  • Oversee CRM operations from lead nurturing to post-possession engagement

  • Implement and manage CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/ERP) for data-driven decision-making

  • Build and nurture broker/channel partner networks with performance tracking

  • Align customer experience with brand values across all touchpoints

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and project teams for seamless execution

  • Present sales forecasts and performance dashboards to top management

    The Successful Applicant

  • 12-20 years of experience in real estate sales and CRM leadership (residential + commercial)

  • Proven track record of leading large teams and multi-channel sales networks

  • Strong grasp of CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, and data analytics
  • \n
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills
