- Full ownership of sales and CRM strategy across a diverse real estate portfolio \n

- Align customer experience with brand values across all touchpoints \n
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and project teams for seamless execution \n
- Present sales forecasts and performance dashboards to top management \n\n
- 12-20 years of experience in real estate sales and CRM leadership (residential + commercial) \n
- Proven track record of leading large teams and multi-channel sales networks \n
- Strong grasp of CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, and data analytics \n
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills \n
